Activation/Deactivation
To activate the service:
Send SMS to 8844 with keyword MCN ON.
The service will be activated automatically, and you will receive an SMS confirmation that it has been activated.
To deactivate the service:
Send SMS to 8844 with keyword MCN OFF.
The service will be deactivated automatically and will receive an SMS confirmation that is has been deactivated.
Charges
Activation and Deactivation of Missed Call Notification service are free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
- When you activate or deactivate the Missed Call Notification service or when receiving a missed call notification SMS, the sender of the SMS received will appear as CablenetMCN.
- When you activate the Missed Call Notification service your Call Forwarding Not Reachable will be activated and the forwarding number appearing will be +35722250159.
- Multiple missed calls will be grouped in a single SMS notification with each caller listed with the last called date and time.
If the caller has caller id blocking enabled, then the missed call notification SMS will indicate that it is from an “Unknown Number”. - Each SMS will show the caller ID in the international format (+3579XXXXXXX or +3572XXXXXXX).
- The service is available to all Cablenet Mobile customers.

Missed Call Notification is a service which enables you not to miss a single call even when your phone is switched off or when you are out of network coverage. You will receive detailed SMS of all the missed calls when you switch on your mobile phone or when you enter the network coverage area.
It will include the caller’s number and the number of call attempts, with the date and time of the last call attempt.
There is no limit on how many notifications are received within a day.
Yes. You will be able to receive missed call notifications when you are roaming abroad.
You will see Unknown as the caller when the calling party enabled caller id blocking. The missed call notification SMS will include a date and time of the last call attempt for this Unknown caller.
By default, Missed Call Notification is not enabled/activated when you subscribe to Cablenet Mobile services. In order to enable/activate it, you need to send an SMS to 8844 with keyword MCN ON. You will receive a confirmation SMS that your missed call notification service has been activated.
If you have previously enabled/activated your missed call notification service and you want to disable/deactivate it you will need to send an SMS to 8844 with keyword MCN OFF. You will receive a confirmation SMS that your missed call notification service has been deactivated.
When you activate Missed Call Notification service the system configures Call forwarding when unreachable to +35722250159 automatically. This is crucial for the correct operation of the missed call notification service.
If you remove or replace +35722250159 from your phone’s Call forwarding when unreachable your missed call notification service will not work. To fix this you can either manually re-enable call forwarding when unreachable to +35722250159 or send an SMS to 8844 with keyword MCN ON. You will receive a confirmation SMS that your missed call notification service has been activated.
Yes, sending SMS to 8844 is also applicable while Roaming. Same steps apply for Activation & Deactivation of the MCN service.
Yes, you’ll be able to receive SMS from CablenetMCN. But in case the SMS Center is wrong you won’t be able to send SMS. Correct number for the SMS Center is +35794066666.
